1. Register — Sign up online by August 10. No entry fee. Households can submit multiple entries.
2. Build & Display — Set up your scarecrow on your private property (front yard, porch, driveway) by September 10. Must be at least 3 feet tall and weather-resistant.
3. Win — Entries are judged on Originality, Creativity, Craftsmanship, Fun & Festive Spirit, and Theme Execution. Festival attendees also vote for their favorites!
