The Scarecrow Music Festival is a local tradition we’re proud to bring back.

After a few years off, the team at BirdDog stepped in to revive the festival and carry it forward. We believed it was worth saving. Not just as an event, but as a reason for people to come together around music, food, friendly competition, and community.

BirdDog is a Texas-based company built around land, people, and long-term thinking. We work closely with landowners and rural communities every day, and that mindset carries into everything we do — including Scarecrow Fest. This isn’t about reinventing the festival. It’s about honoring what made it special, improving it where we can, and building something that lasts.

At the end of the day, this festival is about tradition, connection, and showing up for the place we’re lucky to be part of.
